This weekend we are heading back to Droitwich Spa to finish the Worcester and Birmingham Canal. Heading out of Droitwich we will pick up the main canal and head north toward Birmingham, staying overnight in Hopwood and finishing at Gas Street Basin in Central Birmingham having covered approximately 24 miles.
We enjoyed the first part of this walk so much and have been looking for a chance to go back since and finish what we started.
We will of course post all our pictures and our account of the route in due course. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Twitter this weekend to see some of the best scenes from the route.
If you didn’t get a chance to see our account of the first part of this route from Worcester to Droitwich Spa can find it here.
